The cocktail that feels like an Italian vacation.
Next to lasagna and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, limoncello might be one of Italy’s finest exports. But you don’t have to fly to the Sorrento coast to enjoy this limoncello spritz—and you don’t even have to buy a bottle of limoncello to make it.
I make my own limoncello by infusing vodka with lemon peels and adding simple syrup. (Yep, that’s all there is to it!) The result is sweet, bright, and fragrant. Add this to dry sparkling wine and club soda, garnish it to make it fancy, and you’ve got light and refreshing limoncello spritz ready to sip with your Spinach Pasta.
If you like Aperol spritz, you’ll love limoncello spritz. Cin-cin!
You’ll find the full list of ingredients in the recipe card below, but here are some notes to keep in mind.

Fill Your Glass. Add ice, then pour in the limoncello, Prosecco, and club soda.
Give It a Stir. Use a spoon or swizzle stick (or a chopstick—it does the job). You could also leave the cocktail as-is for a layered look.
