Make the Yogurt: Add the yogurt, honey, half of the strawberries, vanilla, and salt to a food processor or blender. Blend on high until smooth.
Add Toppings: Spread the yogurt onto a baking sheet and spread it out evenly. Top with strawberries and pistachios.
Freeze Yogurt Bark for 2 hours until set. Cut into 12 pieces and eat frozen.

Greek Yogurt: Use full-fat yogurt if you prefer.
