Love chocolate oatmeal cookies, but hate the sugar that comes with them? We have a solution!
Chocolate soothes the soul, comforts weary minds, and triggers all those pleasure sensors in our brains. From chocolate bars to chocolate milkshakes, humans love to infuse their senses with the smell and taste of this delectable treat. Unfortunately, health-conscious people can’t indulge as much as they’d love to because too much sugar and processed carbs equals one sad result: an unhealthy body. How many times have you longed for a sweet snack, resisted the cravings, and later binged because you simply couldn’t take it anymore?
We have some great news and a brilliant idea that will make all you chocolate-loving, health-conscious people ecstatic. You no longer have to experience that cycle of craving, abstaining, binging, and feeling guilt. You can now eat the most chocolatey, delicious treats and, incredibly, even receive health benefits from them.
What’s our secret? No-bake chocolate oatmeal cookies!
We have substituted the unhealthy, sugary ingredients found in traditional cookies for healthy ingredients that can be found at your local health food store. Instead of white cane sugar, we use monk sugar, which comes from a very sweet, low-carbohydrate Chinese fruit. We’ve replaced dairy milk with high-protein almond milk. If you’re sensitive to gluten or mindful of your gluten intake, we have substituted regular oats for gluten-free oats. Most important of all, we have opted for raw cacoa powder instead of the usual cocao powder. Cacoa is high in selenium and magnesium plus it’s packed with antioxidants. (1,2)
Though these cookies are healthy, we’ve managed to maintain the flavor and consistency that you crave from your chocolate cookies.
Our special ingredients may require a quick trip to the health food store, but we promise that these are well worth the excursion!
Being health-conscious is the wisest decision a person can make. When you are mindful of what you put into your body, you might feel better, look healthier, and live longer. But too often, healthy eating is associated with bland food. But, it doesn’t have to be that way! Healthy people can still enjoy chocolate, cookies, and sweets. It’s simply a matter of intentionally replacing unhealthy ingredients with nutrient-rich alternatives. So, go ahead and enjoy these chocolate oatmeal cookies! They’re extremely simple, super healthy, and so delicious.
