This yummy frozen treat is soooo fast to whip up and is truly one of our favorite frozen treats. It is definitely best to use Greek yogurt because it is thicker and a lot higher in protein than regular yogurt. You can use different fruits and other toppings to make it however you and your kids like! We like to have some in our freeze all summer long to munch on.

How to Make Frozen Yogurt Bark

Making frozen yogurt bark is basically the easiest recipe you will ever make and it’s impossible to mess up!

  1. In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla together. Spread on a parchment lined baking sheet in an even layer.
  2. Sprinkle berries and other toppings evenly across the top of the yogurt.
  3. Freeze for about 4 hours, break into pieces and enjoy!

Ingredients in Frozen Yogurt Bark

  • Greek Yogurt – you can use plain or vanilla Greek yogurt. If you use vanilla you can omit the maple syrup and vanilla.
  • Fruit – we love to use strawberries and blueberries, but you can really use any fruit you like. I prefer using fresh fruit, but if you don’t have fresh available, frozen works too. Frozen fruit tends to bleed colors into the yogurt, but if that doesn’t bother you, then go for it!
  • Extras – crunchy nuts are super yummy in this recipe and I like pistachios, pecans, or sliced almonds.

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup pistachios chopped
  • In a bowl, whisk the yogurt with maple syrup and vanilla until combined. and place onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.

  • Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet in an even layer.

  • Top with blueberries, strawberries and pistachios.

  • Freeze 4 hours or until frozen through. Break into pieces and enjoy! Store pieces in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
